Pitchshifter Silent Auction Rules

Bids can be placed via email to the email address: music[at]psirecords.com

Bidder emails should include the following information:

1. Name of item that you are bidding on in the Subject Line
2. Bid amount (including currency)
3. Your full name
4. Your full address (including postal code and country)
5. Your phone number

Your contact information is only for the bidding and shipping process (if you are the highest bidder) and will not be given to any third parties.

Highest bid at time of auction's close wins the auction. Pitchshifter has the right to close the auction early at their discretion. As it's a silent auction, auction prices are not published, nor are the names of the winners.

Winning bidder pays shipping in addition to winning bid. Shipping is calculated based on weight of item, winning bid amount (for insurance) and buyer's location. PSI Records does NOT charge any "handling fees," shipping charges are SOLELY the cost of packaging, insuring, and mailing the item(s): no profit is made in shipping.

If you would like a quotation on the shipping costs prior to bidding, please ask for such via email to the address above. You will be provided with the dimensions and weight of the item in its shipping box.

If winning bidder fails to pay, next highest bid will win the auction, and so on down the line of bidders until successful payment is received in full.

Bidder payments are made through PayPal; a PayPal invoice email will be sent to the winning bidder to the address they used to place the bid, once shipping is calculated.

Item(s) will ship within 5 days of fully cleared payment.

Although Pitchshifter silent auction items are functional and as described, they are sold "as-is." Returns are not accepted; as such, please ask any questions BEFORE bidding.
